Ansley is in charge of the "art (and the magic) of marketing" at Mesmerizzzed!
Having an insatiable curiosity, a quick mind and a desire to use her talents to help others has defined her career and personal life.
Although born in New York, she was raised in Europe, having attended school in Spain, France and Switzerland. The tapestry of life in France,
Morocco and Spain fed her decidedly eclectic tastes while exposing her to an intellectually stimulating mosaic of artists, scientists, writers,
financiers and fishermen.
Ansley opened a fine art gallery in the Washington DC area, focusing on emerging American artists. She was instrumental in forming a
number of investment groups who purchased works by artists such as Honore Daumier, Mary Cassatt and Emile Nolde. The gallery featured exhibitions
of 19th Century European Art and developed a reputation and clientele, including museums and well-known private collectors.
Ansley formed The PI Group in 1990 to license American “Environmental” technologies and import them into Asia. The company acquired the
worldwide marketing rights to an industrial cleaning technology which utilized no chemicals and was entirely environmentally neutral while
providing significant financial savings to the users. Ms. Wheeler established the technology in those countries before returning to the states
and marketing the technology to the tire manufacturers.
In 1996, Ms. Wallace drew together designers, marketers and investors to form one of the earliest and largest internet malls, focusing on art,
food and real estate. InterArt received over a dozen awards, including a number of “Best of the Web” awards. The company was sold in
1998 to private investors.
Continuing her interest in international banking, Ms. Wallace formed a company that provided over 400 international trusts and corporations to
a wide variety of clientele in the United States.
During the last several years, Ansley has been involved in sales and marketing, management consulting and residential real estate. She is a
principal in Calico Sky Estates, a 72-home residential development just outside Las Vegas.
Ansley graduated with honors from American University in Washington DC with a degree in Art History and Business.
Bill is in charge of the "science of marketing" at Mesmerizzzed!, a Las Vegas-based marketing company specializing in creating
customers for small businesses.
His accomplishments include:
- Nine years as an Accounting and Budget Manager with the US Army. Bill installed the first automated accounting system for the
military club system in Europe and developed a comprehensive planning and budgeting system for the Command and General Staff
College.
- Five years with CIGNA Health Plan on a local and national level. As Membership Director, Bill helped double membership in Phoenix
from 100,000 to 200,000 members. He also led the development and implementation of a national information system in more than 40
locations.
- As Director of Long Term Care Insurance Sales, he was responsible for recruiting, training, motivating and managing over 40,000
independent insurance agents nationwide, generating over $60 million in annual sales.
As Business Leader for AMEX’s Annuity Product, he increased assets under management from $450 million to over $1 billion in less than 18
months, all through direct marketing programs to American Express Card members.
As an independent consultant since 1995, Bill’s clients include General Electric, Blue Cross, Walmart, Fletcher Jones Mercedes,
Association of General Contractors and hundreds of smaller firms. His work has focused on organizational change, marketing strategy, sales
process innovation and training, as well as improving productivity and profitability.
He is the author of “The Magic of Selling” a national sales training program designed to teach sales people the principles of Socratic
Selling. Bill has trained over 1,000 business owners and their employees in management and leadership, as well as over 25,000 sales
people.
Although he specializes in marketing and sales, his general management background in accounting, operations and information systems
enables him to help companies improve their bottom line while exponentially growing their top line revenue.
Bill has earned a B.A. in Accounting and an M.A. in Behavioral Science.
